Warranty & Returns Policy


At Bike-Parts-Plus-More we stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 365 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Unwanted/Change of Mind Returns

  • If you change your mind about an item you have received, you are welcome to return it within 365 days of receipt
  • Goods must be returned in original condition, unused
  • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories if any
  • Proof of purchase is required, Please include a copy of your invoice when sending item(s)
  • Once item(s) have been received, Refund will be authorized if the item(s) returned are in re-saleable condition
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase
  • Postage cost that accrued in your purchase is non refundable for change of mind returns
  • Before returning any item(s) please contact us first via email or phone to obtain a reference number

Incorrect Product Delivered

If we have shipped you the wrong item we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this error. It is very rare for this to happen but if it ever happens to you. Please contact us within 48hrs of receipt via email or phone so we can fix the problem straight away. We will resend you the correct item at no cost and we will also pay to have the wrong item sent back to us.

Damaged Product Delivered

If you have received a damaged product we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. At Bike-Parts-Plus-More we pre-check all products for quality before dispatch; whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that your product(s) are delivered to you in perfect condition, sometimes parcels can get damaged in the delivery process. If this happens to you please contact us within 48hrs of receipt. We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to the purchaser and we will pay for the return of the damaged product(s).

Faulty Product

If a product you have purchased from us becomes faulty within our 12 month warranty period, please contact us via email or phone for further information on what to do.

Product Warranty

Bike-parts-plus-more as defined below, warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (12 months) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (”Warranty Period”). If a product defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its Option, Bike-Parts-Plus-More will either (1) exchange the product with a new one or (2) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or (12 months) from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Bike-Parts-Plus-More property. When a refund is given the returned item(s) becomes Bike-Parts-Plus-More property. Please note that this warranty does not cover the following, Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, broken parts caused by the user or by anyone else and general wear and tear is also not covered by our (12 month) warranty policy.
